Welcome

The National Association of School Nurses’ (NASN) data initiative, the National School Health Data Set: Every Student Counts!, is designed to encourage each school nurse to use their data to guide their practice. Another important component of the National School Health Data Set: Every Student Counts! includes school nurses collecting and submitting specific data points that are clearly defined so every school nurse collects them the same way. A robust national school health data set that will:
• influence local, state, and national student health policy;
• identify best practices in school health; and
• better understand child health
